Fantora AI - Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using Fantora AI. It applies to all users, accounts, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and API or website activity.

1. Core Rule

Use Fantora AI only for lawful, authorized, and non-harmful purposes. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded files, generated content, and how you use any output.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use Fantora AI to create, request, upload, edit, store, or distribute content that involves:

  • NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content;
  • undressing, twerking, fetish content, sexual roleplay, or adult-only sexual scenarios;
  • child sexual abuse material, minors in sexualized contexts, age-inappropriate content, or any exploitative content involving minors;
  • rape, sexual assault, incest, bestiality, coercive sexual content, or graphic violence;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, or sexual exploitation;
  • impersonation, identity fraud, deceptive political content, or misleading real-person manipulation;
  • face swapping, deepfakes, or identity-altering edits involving real people without clear lawful authority and consent;
  • harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, extremist propaganda, or encouragement of self-harm or violence;
  • copyright infringement, trademark misuse, privacy violations, or misuse of third-party personal data;
  • malware, phishing, scraping abuse, credential theft, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service;
  • attempts to bypass moderation, safety, rate limits, or account restrictions.

3. Real-Person Images and Uploads

You may upload only content that you have the legal right to use. You must not upload photos or videos of other people for deceptive, exploitative, sexual, or non-consensual manipulation.

We prohibit identity-manipulation features and uses that materially alter who a real person appears to be, especially where consent, privacy, or safety is at risk.

4. Safety Controls

Fantora AI uses automated and manual safety measures, including prompt moderation and policy enforcement. We may:

  • block prompts or uploads;
  • refuse to generate content;
  • remove stored content;
  • limit or suspend account access; and
  • cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or payment/compliance partners when required.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that your activity violates this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, we may take immediate action without prior notice.
